To begin the process, please complete the Vendor Request Form below. Once your information is reviewed and verified, we will establish your account and officially welcome you into our vendor network.

Vendor Establishment FAQ

Any business or individual interested in providing goods or services to our organization or its subsidiaries is welcome to apply.  A completed W-9 is required.

You’ll need to provide basic business details, contact information, the type of services or products you offer, and any relevant certifications or licenses.

Our team will review your submission. If your services align with our needs, we’ll contact you to complete the onboarding process.

Typically, reviews are completed within 1–3 business days. You’ll be notified via email once a decision is made.

Yes, all applicants will receive a response, whether they are selected to move forward.

Yes. If you need to make changes, please contact our vendor support team at BarrettAPVendor@barrettpaving.com the administration team will be happy to assist you.

If you are already a vendor and need to make changes to your account, you will need to answer security questions prior to us making any changes to an account.  Call the Vendor help line at (513) 893-7150 Extension #2.
